Refund & Return Policy

At G1 Couture, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer flexible return and refund options as outlined below.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us immediately at info@g1couture.com. Orders that have not yet been dispatched will be fully cancelled and refunded.


2. Return Eligibility

You may return any item within:

  • 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund

  • 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in re-saleable condition

  • All original tags must be intact

  • Returns must be initiated via email and posted back within the allowed timeframe

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our fault)

Note: Please take care when trying on items — avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, or makeup.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:

  • Have been worn or washed

  • Are returned without original tags or packaging

  • Are damaged due to customer misuse

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding return shipping costs)

  • Alternatively, we can arrange an exchange if requested

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return


5. Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased between 24th November and 24th December are eligible for return until 31st January of the following year, provided:

  • The item is in re-saleable condition with proof of purchase

  • The return is arranged at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@g1couture.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter quickly through a replacement, exchange, or refund — at no additional cost to you.


7. How to Return an Item

To return an item:

  1. Email us at info@g1couture.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for our response with the return instructions and return address

  3. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging

  4. Post it back to the address provided

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
