1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us immediately at info@g1couture.com. Orders that have not yet been dispatched will be fully cancelled and refunded.

Wait for our response with the return instructions and return address
Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging
Post it back to the address provided
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
